LOWER-IMPACT OPTION
GRS-certified recycled resin (rPET, rPP and rHDPE) with traceable recycled content and the certificates to prove it, for processors carrying recycled-content targets.
WHAT IT IS FOR
Each tile names an application we supply into and what it demands of the material. The grade itself is settled per enquiry.
Interior and exterior parts where surface finish and dimensional stability decide whether the part is accepted, and under-hood housings where heat and chemical exposure set the grade. Lighting lenses add optical clarity to the same list.
Pressure pipe, window profile, insulation board and cladding, where the specification is usually written to a standard rather than to a property. Long service life outdoors is assumed, so weathering and impact at low temperature carry the decision.
Enclosures, terminal blocks and connectors, where a flame rating is usually the first requirement and everything else follows from it. Wire jacketing adds flexibility and long-term heat ageing to the same brief.
Syringes, tubing sets, labware and diagnostic housings, where the resin has to survive the sterilisation method and the paperwork has to survive the audit. Lot traceability back to the producer is part of the supply rather than an extra.
Bottles, caps and closures, tubs and barrier film, where the resin is chosen for what it keeps out as much as for what it holds. Food-contact compliance and consistent behaviour at high line speeds decide the grade.
Greenhouse cover, mulch film, drip irrigation and transport crates, where the film has to hold up to a full season of sun before it is lifted. UV stabilisation and tear resistance carry more weight than anything measured on a fresh sample.
Carpet yarn, non-woven geotextile and industrial strapping, where the resin runs through a spinneret and any inconsistency shows up as a broken filament. Melt flow control matters more here than in almost any other application.
